The Kutai Kartanegara Bridge is a bridge that crosses the Mahakam river and is the longest suspension bridge in Indonesia. The overall length of the bridge is 710 meters, with free spans, or suspended areas without supports, reaching 270 meters. This bridge is a means of connecting between the city of Tenggarong and the district of Tenggarong Seberang which leads to the city of Samarinda.





The Kutai Kartanegara Bridge had collapsed on November 26, 2011, the bridge was later rebuilt at the same location in 2013 and officially opened to the public on December 8, 2015.
